Our Staff

Ted is happily married and the proud father of three angels. As a Connecticut native he enjoys taking an active role in his community and has done so for many years. Like many of his clients, he's also a business owner. His business reflects his choice to serve others, a work ethic he shares with the professionals and owner-operators he advises.

Ted thoroughly understands the tax implications of different investment and business decisions. He builds professional relationships with business owners and executives, earning trust as a result of consistent actions and conscientious follow-through in a word, integrity. Ted is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Financial Planner.

Away from the office, Ted likes to play golf, go boating (when time permits), camping, and spending time with his family and friends.

Coleen is a CPA with 20 years of business experience. After graduating from UCONN in 1991, she started her accounting career with Aetna where she gained audit, corporate tax and financial accounting expertise. During those same years, she worked with her father in his accounting practice focusing on individual income tax preparation leading to continue her education at the University of Hartford earning a masters degree in taxation in 1995. Utilizing her skills, Coleen focuses her efforts on advising individual clients on taxes and her business clients on accounting and tax matters.

Coleen is born, raised, and resides in Middlesex County with her husband and 3 children. Away from the office she is "Super Mom" volleying organized sports, dance, and fitness arenas and in her spare time she enjoys the beach, skiing and spending time with her family and friends.

Becki is a graduate of Eastern Connecticut State University with a B.S. in Marketing and a minor in Arts Studio. Becki worked as a buyer for over 10 years with Ames Corporate Department Stores and has dedicated her hard work towards the successes of Hintz and Company, llc for many years.

Becki is happily married and they have two children who are super athletes that exemplify their parents drive, determination, and enthusiasm with every new season. As a Connecticut native, Becki is an active volunteer with a youth hockey organization and leader among crowds in bolstering active involvement and support in children's team sports. You can find Becki at hockey events with her family when she isn't taking time out for her favorite hobby, baking.

Kathy is a graduate of Eastern Connecticut State University with a B.S. in Accounting and Finance. Kathy worked as an auditor for Arthur Andersen and Aetna for over 10 years. Since the arrival of her first child she has worked part-time in accounting and assisting Ted with Financial Planning.

Kathy is happily married with two children. "Super Mom" is her code name. Kathy gladly volunteers much of her free time running events for St. John School as well as chairing the annual St. Pius X Church fair. Kathy enjoys practicing yoga and any time she can spend on the beach.

Nanette brings 25+ years from a variety of accounting forums - Auto Body Shop, Sports Bars, Restaurants, Manufacturing companies and most recently pari-mutuel accounting for the state of Connecticut OTB.

Giving back to her profession she enjoys volunteering for VITA income tax preparation and as a PTA treasurer. Happily married with 4 children her A.A.in Liberal Arts concentrated on conversational French and B.S degree in Accounting from Central Connecticut State University, as recent as 2009, and now returning to grad school forges a path to being a CPA. Numbers aside, Nanette enjoys oil painting, gardening, fishing, hunting, coaching soccer and gourmet cooking when wine isn't enough!

As the newest member to the team, Nancy will greet you with a smile that warms the soul. Her hard work and support to the team takes her away from her active family. Married to Jim with two incredible children.
